Thoughtful essentials and practical amenities to make your workday comfortable, productive and seamless.

  • The Local House is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm.

  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred workspace, particularly during busy periods. If there is availability, walk-ins are welcome. Access is limited. 

  • Every workspace booking includes fast WiFi, your workspace, access to the coffee & tea station, meeting room access, POD access, print & scan facilities at limited access and our outdoor area.

  • Yes. Fast WiFi is included with every package, so you can arrive, connect and get straight to work.

  • Our standard workspace packages are designed around full working days. If you need a meeting space or POD for a shorter period, contact us to check availability.

  • Yes. Our Day Pass gives you access for a full working day, from 7:30am to 6:00pm.

  • Yes, parking is available at The Quarter. Availability may vary depending on the time of day.

  • Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We also have a coffee & tea station available for members and day-pass users.There is also a restaurant on-site if needed.

  • Guests are welcome where appropriate. If your guest needs to use the workspace or meeting facilities there will be an additional charge for this service. Please contact us prior to check availability. 

  • Booking changes are subject to availability and our cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.

  • Choose the package that works for you, select your preferred date and complete your booking online. Once confirmed, simply arrive at The Local House and check in at reception.

  • No. The prices displayed are the prices you pay. There are no hidden VAT charges added at checkout.
